I embark in the juxtaposition of mystical, native-inspired imagery and the current trends of graffiti and pop art. My earliest influences include artists like Warhol, Dali and Kandinski. I was born in Miami and raised in Peru, studied art both in theory and through my exploration of the culture that surrounded me. The numinous Chavin and Nazca cultures deeply marked my earliest works and continue to be a source of inspiration today. I participated in numerous exhibits in Lima, Peru and in 2007 I brought my work to Miami’s Design District, participating in Art Fusion Galleries’ RAINBOW RHAPSODY and COMPOSITION IN HARMONY exhibits. Following Miami, I participated in Helen Steele’s Scratch exhibit in Dublin, Ireland. Since, my work has continued to evolve through many new sources of inspiration.
