The ceramic sculptures in my current collection of work are composed of structural elements that appear dissonant in style and yet unified in function.  Just as life creates meaning out of mishaps, so these sculptures relate to the accidental quality of life by forcibly challenging the form, to create unpredictable, less-than-refined, and almost primitive creations.
