Zach Seeger

Zach Seeger is an emerging artist from Binghamton,
NY. His work represents the disintegration of the pathetic and ugly-
the lost, forgotten, and awkward instances of humanity: those that he
finds most fragile and fleeting. His paintings are spiraling dreams
filled with vignettes, fragments, figures, and forms, which evaporate
with reluctance to a singular thought or motive.  The sculptural forms,
recognizable in the paintings, become realized into the three
dimensional- not supported by a two dimensional frame, the sculptures
become absurd, pathetic, unknowing monsters. Zach’s installations
combine these elements to create a scenario of comedy and horror,
familiarity and confusion- dream-like but essential.
