The pitiful souls of these people are in the circle of a samsara. My new piece, The Souls of Premature Death 2, is divided into two parts: the painting on the wall is about five embryos that grow in a hotbed. The temperature and tactility of the skin is the most dependable. The five embryos ranging from small to big are the cleanest souls. In the second part of the work, the growing process is divided into three parts: fairytale, love, and war. Yi is the circle of a samsara—an integration of all the physiology and psychology. It infuses all the colors you can see, and has an eternal form of immature embryo. |

Yi is the circle of a samsara—an integration of all the physiology and psychology. It infuses all the colors you can see, and has an eternal form of immature embryo. As the changing clouds, the fairytale is an epiphany and the first truth in the beginning of life. It may also be called the everlasting psychological norm. Love is the end product of the fairytale, or a kind of mediation before the explosion of a force. War is the subtlest embodiment of the soul. All things return to Yi in the end, back to the mediation, in full circle. The Souls of Premature Death 2 is more peaceful compared to the works before. I hope that I can weaken the traumatic feeling in my work, and convey the pitiful process of the prematurely dead and the metaphorically psychological change. It is a kind of confusion in the growing process and an eternal life force.
