In September 2004 the Perry Rubenstein Gallery inaugurated two new
public spaces in Chelsea to exhibit work by emerging as well as
established artists. The exhibition program is directed by Caroline
Dowling. The gallery creates a unique platform for international
artists with an aim to balance and support the work of artists in the
early stages of their careers through context and a distinctive vision.
