NY Arts Magazine Summer 2011 Launch Party:

    21 July, 2011, 6-10 pm
    131 Christie Street, New York

To celebrate the arrival of the Summer 2011 issue of NY Arts Magazine, NY Arts and Envoy Enterprises invite you to escape the hustle, bustle, and unbearable humidity of New York in July, for an evening of artistic inspiration and celebration. For this exciting event, Envoy Enterprises and Figure 19 Bar will open their doors to the public on July 21st, from 6-10 pm.

Since its launch in the summer of 1995 as a web and print publication New York Arts Magazine (NYAM) has remained the fastest growing art portal in New York City. Content on the website, which currently has more than 1.2 million annual hits, is updated daily to reflect the dynamic pulse of the art world in New York City and across the globe. NYAM’s archives and daily newsletters include thousands of exhibitions, artists, and images.

Our Summer 2011 issue provides our readership with a fresh array of topics. With new sections covering everything from interviews with emerging artists, to the examination of idols in contemporary art, this edition promises to present a more dynamic commentary on the art world than ever before.

NYAM has partnered up with Envoy Enterprises, a unique think tank for the creation of contemporary art, which produces a number of exciting exhibitions, performances, concerts, artists’ talks, film screenings, and publications such as NY Arts Magazine. Envoy Enterprises is committed to staying in touch with contemporary art and grassroots activities with an eye to the future. Envoy Enterprises strives to push boundaries and broaden horizons in the art world by maintaining community involvement, collaboration, and active mentorship.

This is not an event to be missed! Please join us on July 21st to toast this important step in NY Arts’ efforts to publish the best information on contemporary art and to encourage the building of relationships within the industry.
