Miguel Avila’s main goal in his paintings is to leave the viewer with a
sense of curiosity and to be challenged. The interpretations in his
paintings can bring out a sense of visionary and emotional feelings.
His work is done with a figurative style and combines detail with
texture. "The paintings radiate color. That is what I consider the best
representation of energy and life."
