My works are based upon a dialectic between conscious elements (straight lines, designed forms) and unconscious ones (textures), on balancing them, and on expressing my desire to solve the dichotomies in a dialectic form and not in a fight.  Should the viewer experience these concepts when they see my paintings?  No,they shouldn’t. The viewer could have a dialectic relation with the art work where they are free to think or feel what they want about it.
