My
work is formally directed by the push and pull — and the universal
harmony and balance — between opposites: fertile and barren, desirable
and repellant, momentum and rest, life and death. I am interested in
chronicling the complex patterns and cycles of growth, and in revealing
the beauty, diversity, and adaptability of all organisms.
