Multitiered artist Kent Williams produced the illustration that accompanies this month’s fiction feature, Tuba City. "I travel down three paths," Williams says, "the illustration work, the gallery world and the graphic novel material. I love all three. Stylistically I don’t shift gears. What changes is the content." What is Williams’ next project? "I’m working on a graphic novel project with movie director Darren Anonofsky who made Pi and Requiem for a Dream," he reports. "We’re transforming his latest screenplay, called The Fountain, into a graphic novel."
