As a former drafter, I prefer flowers and ponds as subjects. They allow me to paint other things than straight lines, making room for gesture. Flowers need water, which is the reason it is almost always present in my painting. I like when my paintings shows lots of movements, letting the wind flow through them. The foreground catches the eyes, but always leaves room to see the immensity in the background. When I am painting, music is omnipresent. It is a pleasure to translate the rhythm and character of it. Through painting, I wish to offer dynamic, happiness, and peace to those who stop for a moment in front of it.
