My paintings begin life as line drawings…where shape and form holds reign over likeness and reality. A former illustrator and now a fulltime expressionistic painter, I shy away from camera-like images. My fine art mission: create works that show technical dexterity and good painting skills while maintaining the freedom and joy of a child’s drawing.
