    Oil portraiture is a well-established tradition in the art world.
    Portraits are handed down for generations, first as tributes to beloved
    family members and then as works of art hanging in museums. My goal is
    not only to capture a personality on canvas, but also to create a work
    of art which will stand the test of time.
