Fumihiro Kato

Fumihiro Kato is an self-taught artist who lives and works in Yao-city, Osaka, Japan. Creating an array of intricate paintings that depict a vivid glimpse into nature, Kato’s intricate environmental scenes of mountains, flowers, and landscapes are meticulously painted portraits of mystic/magical figures. Not only a contemporary Japanese artist, Kato, is also a collector of antique Japanese pottery, a judge of Japanese swords, a chef of Japanese cuisine, and a Japanese tattoo artist.
