    I seek a potential space for habitual symbols in my paintings, and I experiment with a recombination of various languages. Through individual experience and study of habitual symbols, I try to remain detached to the classical meanings of symbols in artistic creation. I try to transform strangeness into new forms to create concepts that surpass surface phenomena, causing visual tension. The “form” and “meaning” of symbols are forced to be expanded, reduced, distorted, deformed, even eliminated. The discovery and disappearance as well as transcendental truth and transient absurdity coexist in a poetic atmosphere. I carefully study the cultural connotations in which I am interested in order to recombine various languages, to express non-material spirit with substantial languages, and finally achieving a state of insight and self-correction of my own spirit.
