In my art I would like to depict the best that I can the beauty of the world wonderfully made for us by our Creator. I can see this beauty everywhere—in a smile of a small child, in a bouquet of the wild flowers, in the shady forests and peaceful waters of the lakes, on the summits of the soaring mountains, and in the monumental, as well as in the simple, pieces of architecture.
Some of my paintings and drawings have symbolic meaning and through them I express my feelings of friendship, love, or respect. I never studied fine arts. During many years I worked in the biomedical field which I finally quit in the fall of 1999, after I had created a very beautiful volunteer art project, which forever changed my life.
