“My work is an incitement to reflect on artʼs role in framing, enhancing and giving form to perceptions and experiences. Philosophical questions concerning the nature of reality and how we attempt to make sense of it are at the thematic core of my research. I believe that I am in good company, for these themes have concerned poets, theologians, skeptics, scientists, and artists for millennia. Visually, conceptually, and materially, I explore these themes in the form of sculptures, artistʼs books, and two- dimensional works. At a larger scale, I have also completed site-specific installations in response to particular architectural locations.”
