I became an artist when dreams of pro football withered due to the family trait, arthritic knees. Art became another respected arena in which to step out from the pack.  Back from touring, some of Illinois’ prestigious churches, this is my latest unsold work.  A rendition inspired by two other pieces.  It is a Christian icon in sepia, with shocks of regal ruby and sapphire.
