    Today’s society values the mass product, the copy, the Internet, the knowledge, over and above know-how.

    This image represents the distortion and blurring that occurs in a high speed, dynamic society, throwing things at its citizens in a haphazard and rapid manner. The individual is subsumed by the external image he or she projects.

    The photographic image is endlessly reprinted and copied until the original is forgotten. ‘’I want a print of this, a copy of that…’’ Instant images for an uncertain age, where the family photograph is a treasure of a safe past and a reminder that things change.
