"As an artist, I am compelled to go beyond a purely decorative visual connection between the artist and viewer, to a place where my work is a catalyst of discussion, challenge, or humor. My aim is to trigger interaction between the viewer and painting and extrude an interpretation unique to that individual. I am currently studying our curious human behaviour and am fascinated by the fact that we are a social species and every cultural group on this planet come together to share a meal and I love to observe the interaction between people.”
