My fascination is with a smaller world. Maybe it can tell us about something deep inside ourselves, or maybe it just helps me work things out within myself. A focus loosely based on science, on a micro level, can help us to understand our greater thoughts, actions and interactions. An investigation of the thoughts and interactions of our lives on a micro level might show us something undiscovered. I’d like to play with the biology of my images to experience a new emotion or story. Ambiguity weaves between figures and blob-like shapes, dying or sleeping, being consumed or created, in bliss or confusion.

    What I think I might be doing…

In the end, this leaves indeterminate knowledge of a world on the border of real and unreal that cannot be known or seen by our eyes.
