In order to portray a sense of beauty, I believe that success lies in revealing nature close to its reality. In other words, producing a convincing rendering of human form, in motion, and foremost, to reflect the human condition, sentiments, and emotions.

I will venture so far as to include beauty as an essential element in the aesthetic criteria making up my work. Elements of beauty within an object aim at pleasing the senses, and evoking an emotional or emotive response. The intent remains very simple, and yet this concept I believe is often under-rated in contemporary art. It seems to me, that often an integral part of aesthetic theory; beauty, has been replaced with, or sacrificed for, other qualities.
