    A ROXY MUSIC REUNION
It’s been over 20 years since Roxy Music’s last album, Avalon, but there is a good news on the horizon: all five original members (Bryan Ferry, Paul Thompson, Phil Manzanera, Andy Mackay and Brian Eno) are planning to record a new album. The band already had a "reunion" tour four years ago but it wasn’t a true reunion as Brian Eno, who was once voted fourth best instrumentalist in the world, wasn’t a part of it. He has already confirmed that he’ll play with Roxy Music this June at the Isle Of Wight Festival in England.

THE WHITE STRIPES OR HOW TO RECORD AN ALBUM IN TWO WEEKS
While some bands take years to complete their albums, the White Stripes took only two weeks to record their new one. No release date has been set as of yet, but the word is that the band’s new album might be out by the end of June. Some lucky fans will get to hear the new material before then. WE STILL DIG! DANDY WARHOLS
The late 1990s marked Dandy Warhol’s 15 minutes of mainstream fame on MTV with the release of their "Not If You Were the Last Junkie on Earth" music video (about the band’s former friend, Brian Jonestown Massacre’s Anton Newcombe). Their newly found popularity deepened the rift between the Dandys and Newcombe, as documented in the new DVD release of Dig!, directed by Ondi Timoner. Packed with drugs, jealousy and resentment, the movie won Best Documentary at the 2004 Sundance Film Festival. Following the Dig! after-buzz, this is a perfect time for the Dandy Warhols to release a new LP. According to the band’s official website, http://www.dandywarhols.com, their fifth album, entitled Odditorium or Warlords of Mars, is scheduled for a summer 2005 release. To see a preview of their first single "Smoke It," tune in to (what else but) MTV.
