In Scapegoat the photographer and artist Annabel Bluesky confronts our primeval relationship with the world around us, playing with the idea of transference, and projection as a result of our monotheistic programming. Goats are a good model for the examination of evil. Goats, in every culture, seem to take a bashing as the sacrificial offering for all ills. Bluesky likes to look at what gets passed the buck.

Annabel Bluesky studied history of the Near & Middle East & Arabic at SOAS, London, before training as a photographer. Finishing recently in December 2002 with an MA in Photography, from the London College of Printing, she has shown work at Transition Gallery, Fresh Art, The V&A and The Mirror Gallery, Clerkenwell.
