Stephen Judges spent 20 years working and traveling abroad before
settling in a remote farmhouse in Brittany, France. There he works as a
carpenter by day and by night he retreats to his studio. Lifting a
curtain between the visible and the invisible world, the artist
confronts powerful emotions in a contemplative, meditative way where
inner demons, violence, pain, humor and more contented spiritual bodies
are expressed, balance in motion playing a pivotal role.
