With this series, I’m revealing a personal realization about the ANGEL; I’m not a religious person and this work has little to do with religion or even spirituality, but closer to the realms of math and biology. The ANGELS are symbols for the ANGLE. The angle of human DNA. Angels and the Holy Grail are taught to us as things that exist outside of our selves, maybe the angel and the grail belongs to every man, woman, and child. Access to your angel may be achieved through the self-experiencing moments of tremendous bliss aided by the Three Wise Men—the Hypothalamus, the Pituitary, and the Pineal (Orion’s Belt in the brain?). The right angle may possibly imply correct angle (of DNA). When our spiritualists tell us we have all the answers within, are they referring to the DNA? | ![]() |

When our spiritualists tell us we have all the answers within, are they referring to the DNA? Human DNA as the Akashic Records we can only access with our angel wings. Wings made by the repetitive movements of DNA (activated) at a very specific angle creating the illusion of wings, animated by human emotions. I’m attempting through metaphor, to illustrate the theory of a science within religious iconography.
I had a conversation with Nobel Laureate Walter Gilbert (scientist that did extensive work in DNA research). My impressions about DNA did not impress him much. When I ask Gilbert about the idea of light shooting through the Double Helix, his response was, “That is a metaphor, not reality.” So there I was sitting with one of the world’s authorities on DNA telling me I was wrong, but I still wanted to know what the “light” metaphor meant; it had to represent something. What is this something? Melanin is what comes to my mind, but it could be a lot of things, or maybe I need to come to terms with what Walter (Wally) Gilbert said to me about the lack of abilities on the part of DNA. I left Boston in the dark of night with a cloudy brain and my mind racing back and forth between science and religion, but still determined to see the series through all the way. It’s a challenge to figure out who’s right, who’s wrong, and who do you trust to give you the correct answers: institutions, the self, or a combination of the two? My search for this DNA notion might never give me the answers to this question. The series Fallen is helping me find some answers.
