My SteelPortraits are pictures cut from a single piece of sheet steel. The effect is a cross between a silhouette and a black and white picture. Here you can view some of the pictures I have made. Using a hand held plasma cutter I cut the picture in 1/16th thick steel, polish to a bright clean finish, and fix on a black aluminium backing. This is metal art and each picture is individually cut by hand. SteelPortraits are unique and unusual.
