Christine’s fascination with drawing the human face began in her late teens. After discovering soft pastels in a drawing class in 1989, she devoted herself to soft pastels and portraiture. Although Christine is self-taught in portraiture, she studied the Fine Arts program at Heritage College in Gatineau. Unhappy with the fast paced of living of the city, she returned to the Pontiac County.
