Image I grew up in the mountains, developing a passion for both sports and the transformation of domestic objects.

I began this hobby without any particular artistic references and without knowing of the street-artist mouvement emerging at that time.

Often rebellious and provocative i aim to create varied characters and explicit situations, enhanced at times by texts. My style has evolved throughout my various stencils, and my technique improved as i experienced with colours on different materials. I started displaying my work at that time.

In 2000 i met Grom, the painter, in Paris. Together we created the graphique mouvement named “le qu4tre”. I explored the street-work of the city with Nemo, one of the master stencil artist. I helped him renovate his frescoes for the world football cup of 1998. From then on my stencils evolved, i worked on a larger format to embrace the existing urban style, and created some mural frescoes. I developed my drawing and application techniques by testing all the different possibilities offered by stencil cuttings. In 2004 i started to sign my work ZINO as i felt that the p4 pseudonym was obsolete.
