    Faces embrace space In /out of time

    Someone left their glass of wine behind

    Ignoring art Sank the luxury cruise liner

    Stinks/ Sticky thoughts/ Thinks

    Blinks/Quickly/Patinas/Palimpsests of

    Transparency painted on from a great distance

    The reach of the moon /Snow falls

    Lightly on histories/Time landscape in

    The wake of winter/The needle tops

    The Empire State Building

    Edgar Allen Poe’s ghost comes after/Rests

    On Gorky’s lost painters arm

    Like the crow in the branches

    An Incandescent premonition

    Ships Magician and parrot survivors lost at sea

    Holding on to a wooden plank

    Round and Round all night they go

    Silently looking into each others eyes

    At last the parrot asks the magician

    "I give up what did you do with the ship?"
