The
themes and idea surrounding my work are becoming increasingly more
focused on a philosophy. A Philosophy that questions the current
condition of man and seeks a language that exposes a world of cruelty,
fantasy, technology, politics, sexuality, human struggle, and
perseverance. Through sculpture I have been able to coalesce thoughts
and inquiry into a physical manifestation. Much like a story, my work
unfolds through its on-going narrative, which is connected by its
familiar use of prose or metaphoric symbols. Each sculpture allows me
to further the narrative without a linear destination, making each
project a new investigation, with a whole new set of questions.
