BEST EXHIBITION:  PHOTOGRAPHY AND SCUPTURE A CO-RELATED EXHIBITION @ THE MARTIN Z MARGUILES COLLECTION (Katherine Hinds and Marty Marguiles have collaborated to present a highly smart and innovative interaction between photography, video, and sculpture from the collection. This installation is supplemented by three insightful projects; Magdalena Abakanowicz: Humana/ Isaac Julien: Western Union/ Oil Rich Niger Delta by George Osodi)

MOST CONSISTENT:
    INK PRINT FAIR: A quiet print fair that retains its intimacy and hands –on ….also a great alternative to the over blown nature of many of the other fairs

BEST TALKS: (TIE) Carrie Mae Weems. Shinique Smith and Hank Willis @ Rubell Collection: Congratultions Carrie!!! For pulling it all together/ and lorna simpson and Kerry James Marshall also at the Rubell Collection

BEST PLACE TO ESCAPE IT: SURFACE LOUNGE FOR MEDIA ON THE ROOF DECK OF GANSEVOORT SOUTH HOTEL…AMAZING…AND RELAXING
